The National Maritime Heritage Complex is a flagship project of the Govt of India, to piece together the entire 5000 years of our maritime history, and showcase it under one roof.

It will be a one of its kind, digitally enhanced, experiential museum with the aim of attracting tourists and historians from all over the world, who will get to see and learn about the rich and diverse maritime history of our great country. The whole world will see how civilised our ancestors were and how our social, cultural and spiritual influence was spread over a large part of the globe.
